Art Projects at India Art Fair

Art Projects are non-commercial, specially commissioned artworks for India Art Fair that will be unveiled at the fair for the first time. Presented within a dedicated exhibition space for the first time, Art Projects will showcase large-scale installations by Indian and international artists. The walk will lead participants through this exciting selection of works presented by exhibiting galleries and institutions across the fair. India Art Fair will be presenting 18 such projects throughout the fairground.

Tanya Singhal
Walk Leader
Tanya is currently employed as the Senior Manager Exhibitor Relations with the India Art Fair. Prior to this she has also briefly taught International contemporary art scene at the College of Art, Delhi. She has a BFA (Applied Arts) from College of Art, Delhi, followed by a Masters in Contemporary Art Theory from Goldsmiths, University of London. She has 10 year's experience in Bharatnatyam and 5 years of experience in Western contemporary dance. She has also conducted multiple art walks across the various cultural institutions in the city.
Her interests lie in experimental & new media art, whilst keeping abreast with the modern, contemporary and folk art practices within the south asian region, with constant research.
