Noor is a women’s self-help group from Hazrat Nizamuddin Basti, New Delhi. They create beautiful, handcrafted paper products that draw inspiration from the rich architectural heritage of Nizamuddin area. Established in 2009 by the Aga Khan Trust for Culture as a part of the Humayun’s Tomb–Nizamuddin Urban Renewal Initiative, the designs promote linkages with heritage monuments in the area while also creating economic opportunities for local women.
